"Construction of the entire 18 km stretch of the Skyway Stage 3 project is complete. Soon, travel time from SLEX to NLEX will only be 30 minutes," Villar wrote.

This mean, travel from SLEX to NLEX will now only take 20 minutes, from the previous travel time around three hours.

“From the onset of his administration, President Duterte has worked to decongest EDSA. The completion of the girder construction of Skyway Stage 3 shows the President’s political will to connect every city in Metro Manila within a 30-minute frame,” Villar said.

“Skyway Stage 3 is just one of 23 projects aimed at decongesting EDSA,” he added.

Meanwhile, you can took the ride from Magallanes to Balintawak in just 15 minutes, Balintawak to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to just 15 minutes, and Valenzuela to Makati to just 10 minutes.

“I’m happy to announce that the whole structure of Skyway 3 is now complete. With this, Skyway 2 in Buendia is now officially extended all the way to the North Luzon Expressway,” Conglomerate San Miguel Corp. (SMC) chief Ramon Ang said.

“After many challenges, this project faced in previous years, the dream of connecting north and south and providing an alternative to EDSA is now a reality,” he added.

The elevated expressway project was completed ahead of schedule from the original October 31 completion date despite the coronavirus pandemic.
