Footage captures missing UP Law professor last sighting

 Atty. Ryan P. Oliva, a University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law professor who went missing since November 21 was last spotted in Taguig, Sunday, November 22, at 10:28 in the morning. 





The last time he was reached by family and friends, he was seen wearing a mask, a gray knapsack, a white shirt and shorts as he left the establishment as seen in a short clip.





According to a developing report, a construction worker found Oliva's backpack which contained his cell phone, wallet, ATM, reward cards, driver's license and among others were discovered at a seashore in Occidental Mindoro on early morning, the Inquirer reported.

However, police said the professor still missing and was not found in the area.




Oliva also works as a Chief Legislative Liaison Unit for the Department of Tourism (DOT), who also expressed deep concern over its missing official.
