South Korean comedian-actress Park Ji-sun along with her mother was found dead at her home on Monday, media reports said. Park was 35.
According to Yonhap news, Park's father had called the authorities after he couldn't contact them. The two were discovered dead when the police arrived.
She was reported being treated for an unknown skin disease, an allergic reaction to sun and cosmetics.
Still the cause of their death was unclear, but police suspect that she might have taken her own life with her mother. Police said that there's no signs of suspected foul play, but they found out a 'presumed suicide note'.
“No foul play is suspected, as there was no sign of a break-in and what was presumed to be a suicide note was found,” the Seoul Mapo Police Station was quoted by The Korean Herald as saying.
Police will not conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of there death at the family's request. Park debuted her career in 2007 with Korean Braoadcasting System (KBS).
She won several awards later in her career and appeared in various TV shows such as Gag Concert, Infinite Challenge, Happy Together and You Hee-yeol’s Sketchbook.
