A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by her own boyfriends and his friends in Licab, Nueva Ecija. The suspects were identified as Nathaniel de la Cruz, 19; Joseph Esguerra, 22; and Francis Ngacngac, 24.
According to to reports, the girl was invited for dinner by her boyfriend Nathaniel, but instead of going to a restaurant Nathaniel took her to a bar where two of his friends Joseph and francis were waiting.
When the victim got drunk, Nathaniel and his friends allegedly raped her. She repeatedly asked the suspects to stop, but her appeal were ignored.
The victim told her parents about the horrifying incident and immediately filed a complaint at the police. The suspects were later arrested and now facing charges of Republic Act 8353 (Anti-Rape Law) in relation to republic Act 7610 or the (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
