This aerobics teacher identified as Khing Hnin Wai was trying to cool down tensions in Myanmar by sharing her routine workout amid coup. Wai was filming herself performing aerobics while the country's military coup unfolds in the background.
She dance with high energy without realizing that a coup was taking place. In the video, a military convoy was caught on camera while approaching the parliament as she performs her incredible dance.
Wai's video has since garnered more than 25K shares and 80K reactions on Facebook.
While many cast doubts on the video's authenticity, Wai shared her video on Facebook with several videos of herself dancing in the same location, saying "it's normal when I wake up in the morning," she wrote.
Myanmar's military has seized power after detaining Aung San Suu Kyi and other democratically elected leaders under the command of Senior Gen. Min Aung Hlaing. The military announced that it will remain in power for one year.
