Cavite Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla on Tuesday issued an apology after he mistakenly posted on his Facebook account that Ferdinand Magellan is the hero in the battle of Mactan, following the celebration of Cebuano's to Lapu-lapu's victory 500 years ago.
"I apologize for the earlier confusing post on our celebration of Lapu-lapu's victory in Mactan 500 years ago.
