Pet lovers in Makati City also ensure that no one left behind during this trying times. Avien Rosete, on her Facebook post announced that a pet food pantry is also set up at kalayaan-Makati community pantry that serves free dog and cat food.
"May inilatag din po kami na pagkain at tubig para sa mga strays. h'wag natin kalimutan na bahagi rin sila ng ating community," Avien Rosete said.
The pet food pantry effort is also accepting donations for free pet food assistance and distribution to those in need as the pandemic continues to affect the community and the nation.
