Alex Gonzaga took to social media to thank the people who help recover her stolen phone. On her Twitter post on August 25, the actress turned vlogger acknowledge the quick response of the men and uniform of Guadalupe Nuevo.
"Got my phone back after mahablot sa Edsa! Thank you so much sa Guadalupe Nuevo Police Sub-Station 7 for helping us!" said Alex.
According to Alex, her assistant 'Sofie' was using her phone inside the car and tried to take photos while the traffic was slow moving in Edsa when the suspect suddenly grab the phone.
She also thanked her driver and the people around the area who helped chased the snatchers.

"Salamat din tlaga sa driver ko Kay kuya arvi kasi hinabol nya yung mga snatcher at maraming motorista and mga kapwa na nasa kalsada ang nakihabol at tulong sa paghuli ng isa sa mga snatchers."
In jest, Alex thanked the suspect's wife saying she's one of her subscribers.
"And lastly salamat sa asawa ng snatcher ko dahil subscriber daw pala sila!"
The actress later decided not to file charges and requested the suspect's release.
