Kapamilya actor Arju Atayde said that girlfriend Maine Mendoza is "the one" he would like to marry in the future.
In his interview with Julius Babao, Arjo was asked if they both have plan to settle down in the near future.
Arjo replied: "I'm not wasting time. Sobrang mahal ko po 'yung tao. I'm at the right age, we're not getting any younger and we're both very happy, hopefully until we get old. Ito na po 'yun, I think, I found the one."
Julius continue to ask him: "Anung meron kay Maine na hindi mo nakikita sa ibang mga babae?"
"It's very hard to explain how a person to be unique the way you see them but to me she's a very loving person, mabuti ang puso niya. And that very hard to find, sencerity po yon ng tao. And grabi magmahal," Arjo said.
The two are one of the most low-key showbiz couples out there. They've been together for two years already, but love to keep their relationship private.
Arjo recently filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) as representative of Quezon City's first congressional district. Arjo will focus on several advocacies, including the provision of healthcare services for the district's poor areas.
