Man in Bacolod dies as fire extinguisher explode

 A man in Bacolod identified as Ricman Marvin Rillo, 33, is severely wounded on his head and parts of his body, allegedly cause by a fire extinguisher that exploded at a store in Lazares Avenue on Friday, October 15.

Rillo was covered with white foam of the fire extinguisher. According to the people near the store, a loud explosion was heard before the body of the victim was discovered.
