Teresa May Buiza has given birth to a healthy baby girl onboard a Philippine Airline flight from Doha to Manila. She was among the 320 passengers who went into labour and delivered baby Scarlett Ann.

Members of the cabin crew flight PR685 including 2 nurses assisted Buiza at 30,000 ft., with 2 and a half hours remaining before landing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
"We are posting these images with permission from the happy mother Teresa May Buiza, who decided to name her baby after out flight attendants who were on hand to assist every step of the way," said Cielo Villaluna, Philippine Airlines Spokesperson.
"Baby Scarlett Ann was born at 7:20AM.

"Congratulations to our cabin crew who are safety professionals -- highly trained to deal with extraordinary onboard situations," she added.
The team are managed by Purser Ruby del Rosario, with cabin members FA Merian Buan Ventura, FS Philip King Aguilar, FS Marc Anthony Cue, FS Clinton Ros, FA Ann Claire Reboron and FA Scarlett Mercado. All have worked together for the mother and Scarlett Ann safety.
