Spider man fans flocked to theaters last weekend, but not the Filipino fans who expressed disappointment over the delayed release of the movie in the country. Columbia Pictures Philippines recently revealed the third Spider-Man movie starring Tom Holland will be released on January 8, 2022 instead of scheduled world premiere on the 17th of December.
The hashtag #DontDelayNoWayHomePH trended online and even started a petition on change.org to bring up the movie release date in the country.
