Britain's Prince Charles video commenting on presumptive president Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s nickname went viral after a chance interaction with a Filipino based in Canada.
It appears that Prince Charles was greeted by a Filipino while he was walking in the middle of the crowd.
"The Philippines? That's a very good part of the world," Prince Charles said, when the person taking the video introduced himself to be a Filipino.
"I see you've elected a new president... Bongbong? Bongbong Marcos? What a wonderful name," he added.
BBM supporters were very happy with his acknowledgement.
In the unofficial tally, Marcos leads with 31 million votes with outgoing Vice President Leni Robredo with 14.8 millions votes at a far second.
Yes, you are right Prince. BongBong is the hope 30-million Filipinos!
