COCA-COLA PLANT IN DAVAO ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY CLOSURE DUE TO LACK OF SUGAR SUPPLY

 Coca-Cola plant in Davao City was forced to close temporarily due to the "lack of supply of bottler's grade sugar, as a result of the ongoing sugar crisis."




A tarpaulin hangs on the fence of a Coca-Cola bottling plant in Ulas, Davao City as it announces the temporary suspension of its operations due to the shortage of bottler's premium refined sugar amid the ongoing sugar crisis.








A notice suspending its operation is hung Monday, August 22,2022 at its gate in Barangay Ulas, Davao City, Southern Philippines.




No further statement has been issued yet by the bottling company as to when will they going to resume their operations.



Employees and their families are worried about the ongoing sugar shortage.
