The 26-year-old volleyball star Jaja Santiago who is now playing with Ageo Medics in Japan announced on her Instagram that she's engaged to Taka Minowa.
Minowa is one of the coaches in Ageo Medics for V.League.
"Too many attempts, and finally without him kneeling to ask me. I said yes!" wrote Santiago.
"It's not about how long the relationship was, it's about how he makes you feel that he is the right one," she added.
It was in July when Jaja's love life started a buzz online after sharing a shadow of two people doing some love sign. The 6-foot-5 middle blocker who came from the National University, flew to Japan for Saitama in 2018.
