A foreigner without a visa, or passport, and apparently went bankrupt according to the netizens who saw and interviewed him while selling 'turon' on the road. He is from England and came here to the Philippines to meet someone. His name is Paul.
The netizen interviewed the foreign national about why he is selling turon. The person who took the video wanted to interview the foreigner so he could it to Raffy Tulfo to help him get back to his country home. But it seems he is hesitant and shy to answer if he wanted to go back with the help of sir Raffy.
The said foreigner can even speak the native language of the place he stayed. He has been in the Philippines since the pandemic started.
As the man continues to interview the foreign national, he said he came here to the Philippines because of a Filipina whom he met and eventually his wife now where they have two children. Selling turon for ₱5.00 is the only way to survive with his family.
Let's help the said foreign national to get it to Sir Raffy Tulfo to speed up his desire to return to his country home so that he can live a better life.
