WOMAN FOUND DEAD IN THE GARAGE IN BAGUIO CITY IS A RESIDENT OF PAMPANGA

A body of a naked woman found inside a garage in Baguio City is a resident of Angeles City Pampanga, police stated.

The residents found the body of Juliet "Shane" Bajar Hesim, 22- years old in Barangay Alfonso. Heim's body was identified by her twin sister through her "Shane Hesim" tattoo on her left shoulder.

According to the report, they are still investigating the case of the said woman.

In their initial investigation, it seems the said woman was hit on her head, has tape over her mouth, both her hands were tied with duct tape, her top was pulled up, and her underwear and pants are missing. A belt was also visible around her neck.

Investigators consider that the victim was dumped there to mislead the police.

Mayor Benjamin Magalong has called on people to stop disseminating shots revealing the lifeless lady found in a compound in a city barangay in an undignified state.

"Our moral principles have taught us to have respect for the dead, to protect human dignity even in death so please stop this abominable act," the mayor said.

He said the city in collaboration with the Baguio City Police Office will ply action to go after those who will continue to spread these sensitive photos and charge them for violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code.

Article 201 deals with "immoral doctrines, obscene publications, and exhibitions" penalized with prison terms or a fine of up to P2,000.

Meanwhile, the Baguio City Police Office stated it is now pooling its help to get to the bottom of the dead  woman identified as Juliet Bajar Hesim of Balibago, Pampanga.

It was said that the victim was in Baguio to work.

BCPO City Director PCol. Glenn Lonogan said an investigation is underway to determine the culprit/s.
