FILIPINA KID ALEIA AIELLE AGUILAR IS THE WORLD'S YOUNGEST JIU-JITSU CHAMPION AT 5 YEARS OLD

 Aleia Aielle Aguilar, 5, has won the gold medal in the Kids 1 Girls White Belt under 16-kg category at the Abu Dhabi World Jiu-Jitsu Festival on Friday, Nov. 11.



Aleia, is the daughter of Alvin Aguilar, founder of the Philippine Mixed Martial Art and Asian Champion in Tokyo and May Masuda, the first Filipina to win the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in 2009.




Though it was not surprising at all, this very young Aleia showed an impressive move in the combat sports.



She defeated Maria El Halabi of the United Arab Emirates, 6-0, in the semifinals to advance to the gold-medal round.



Her proud mom who watched Aguilar in the finals told in a report that her Brazilian opponent Gabriella Vercosa just tapped out after defeated via verbal submission.



According to her mom, Aleia was just only three weeks old when she bring her daughter for training. As a baby, Aleia was also exposed in tournament.



Added that her daughter's favorite move is the armbar.
