Social media are crying happy tears watching this fur mom and her lost dog as they reunite day before Christmas.
This sweet dog named Spotty went missing last November 14, 2022. Her fur mom Edith Gemal from Carcar City, Cebu, looked for him everywhere, though, sadly, he was nowhere to be found.
As days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months with the poor dog still missing.
Gemal uses the social media power to find her dog, and finally a concerned citizen contacted her that Spotty was seen along the street of Barangay Perrelos.
"When I saw him, I immediately hugged him," she said.
"I didn't understand what I was feeling, I cried because of happiness. I really didn't expect us to meet again," Gemal said in Cebuano.
He thanked all the social media folks who shared her Facebook post about the lost of Spotty.
It was an emotional reunion between the dog and his fur mom's long ordeal, that shed a happy tears. The video went viral and completely strangers couldn't help but join in, too.
