Barangay Ginebra finished off the PBA on Tour with a 91-85 triumph over NLEX yet it lost Jeremiah Gray after it went down with a frightful knee injury at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City on Sunday, July 30.
The Kings held tight until the last signal to give NLEX a 91-85 beating to end the preseason with a 6-5 record.
However, it was the injury of Gray who must be stretchered off the floor in the wake of harming his knee during a quick break play with 22.5 seconds left in the third quarter.
Gray attempted to escape a following Anthony Semerad yet tumbled down and quickly held his right knee. He was frowning in torment as the medical team rushed to him before he was brought to the closest hospital.
Simply last year, Dark experienced a
torn leg tendon prior to getting back with the Gin Rulers in the PBA
Commissioners' and Governors' Cup.
Prayers up 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 for Jeremiah Gray #PBAGameTayoDito pic.twitter.com/wOUAxglgFn
