Jungkook Pleads with Fans: "Respect My Privacy" During Surprise Livestream

BTS's Jungkook surprised fans with a sudden livestream on December 18th, a rare treat while he's currently serving in the military. During the broadcast, he gave fans a glimpse into his new home, showcasing a luxurious space complete with a bar, karaoke machine, and other impressive features.

However, amidst the excitement, Jungkook also used the opportunity to address a serious concern: the invasion of his privacy. He earnestly pleaded with fans to respect his new home address and refrain from attempting to locate it.

"I know that news of my move has already spread online," he shared, "and I sincerely hope that no one tries to find my house. I beg you, please don't come." He further emphasized that he cannot accept gifts delivered to his personal residence and that all fan mail should be directed to the HYBE office.

Jungkook also acknowledged the influx of gifts being sent to his military unit. "I receive many packages, and a lot of them contain food, which I unfortunately cannot accept," he explained. "Please refrain from sending packages to the military. I know you mean well, but I kindly ask you not to."

This heartfelt appeal from Jungkook has sparked widespread discussion on social media, with many fans and netizens emphasizing the importance of respecting the privacy of artists. The incident serves as a reminder that while fan support is greatly appreciated, it's crucial to prioritize the well-being and personal space of idols.
