Muslim Imam at Orlando Mosque said "Gays must Die" - Video

A video of an Islamic imam who was invited to speak at the The Husseini Islamic Center in Sanford, Florida is making rounds online. The Hussein Islamic Center invited Sheik Farrokh Sekaleshfar as a guest speaker at their holy mosque. Dr. Sekaleshfar said killing of homosexual is the compassionate thing to do.

In 2013 speech Sheikh Sekaleshfar said regarding gays.

"Death is the sentence. We know there's nothing to be embarrassed about this, death is the sentence...We have to have that compassion for people, with homosexuals, it's the same, out of compassion, let's get rid of them now."

Atleast 53 other people were hospitalized, most in critical condition, officials said. The suspect exchanged gunfire with an officer working at the gay club known as Pulse around 2 a.m, when more than 300 people inside.

The gunman then went back inside and took hostages, said in a report in cctv-america. Around 5a.m, authorities sent a SWAT team to rescue the hostages.

 "Some guy walked in and started shooting everybody. He had an automatic rifle, so nobody stood a chance," said witnesses. Authorities were looking into whether the attack was an act of of domestic or international terror, and if the shooter acted alone. The suspect was identified as Omar Mateen of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
