32 cops on alleged illegal drugs revealed and sent to Mindanao

As it happened, the Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa has true to his promised that he will send cops who snubs his 48-hour ultimatum. 32 members, including the unit head of the Quezon City Police District's (QCPD) anti-illegal drug unit will be assigned to different provincial units in Mindanao.
Dela Rosa ordered the reassignment of the members of the National Capital Region Police Office Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Unit (NCRPO-RAID) and Quezon City Police Districts anti-Illegal Drugs Unit (QCPD-DAID) and transfer to different Mindanao provincial units.

A copy of the reassignment  order was shown to Inquirer.net on Tuesday.

Earlier President Rodrigo Duterte identified two former QCPD chiefs as protectors of drug syndicates - Police Director Joel Pagdilao and Chief Supt. Edgardo Tinio.

Pagdilao was also ordered relieved as the director of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) effective July 1.
