President Rodrigo Duterte is expected to visit Basilan tomorrow,July 21, 2016.
Maj. Filemon Tan Jr., Western Mindanao Command (Westmincom) spokesperson, disclosed the President will meet thekey military officials to get first hand information on the ongoing offensive against the Abu Sayyaf Group(ASG) in Basilan.
Report said that nine bandits were killed while 13 were wounded in the continues offensive operation of the Armed Forces of the Philipines againts the terrorists group.
Tan said that the President will also address the troops as well as to visit wounded soldiers at Cmp Navarro General Hosptal in Zamboanga City.
