Senior Superintendent Rodolfo Hernandez, Cavite police chief confirmed that a male employee held a female maintenance worker inside SM Dasmarinas, DzMM report.
Hernandez said the hostage-taking was triggered by a “love triangle” between a married couple. The hostage-taker reportedly used a knife to hold the maintenance worker hostage in one of the comfort rooms.
SM management earlier report said the situation is under control as of the posting time and ask the public to keep calm.
