Families of Slain Soldiers in Marawi to received P1.2M each

Each of the families of the brave fallen 101 soldiers who died in Marawi seige will receive P1.25M. Businessmen through the Go Negosyo Kapatid for Marawi network and the unknown businessman who refused to be identified publicly, would give P1 million for each family.

 

"I know that no amount could equal the loss of you loved ones. May you find solace in the fact that the whole nation condoles with you in these trying times," Duterte said.

The Philippines would forever be grateful for their heroism," he added.

Other groups that will provide assistance to the bereaved families were PLDT SMART Foundation, Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the DU30 Cabinet Spouses Association.
