Ateneo de Davao University is now cleared after suspending classes over bomb threat

Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU) suspend classes on Friday, September 29, 2017 following a bomb threat that circulated in the city through a text messages.

"All classes are suspended. Please evacuate the Roxas campus immediately," ADDU said in its official Twitter page.

Authorities immediately responded to secure the campus and scan it for possible threat. Police deployed K9 dogs to the university campus in Roxas to search for suspicious items.

As of the posting the campus was declared safe and cleared, ADDU President Fr. Joel Tabora said in his social media Twitter account.
