Social Media Campaign "Bacolod City Is Not Safe Anymore" is making rounds online

Bacolod, Philipines - Due to several incidents of rubbery in the city of Bacolod, social media campaign dubbed "Bacolod City is not Safe Anymore" is making rounds online. UNOR stolen shots Facebook page posted an event for staging protest in Bacolod Plaza on October 4, 2017 dubbed as "Bacolod City Is Not Safe Anymore!".

The group in its Facebook page UNO-R stolen shots urge everyone, especially call center agents who's the number one victim to join for this event on October 4, 2017.

Social Media Users shared experience of rubbery in Bacolod City:

"Just want to give you all a warning if you come across with a WHITE VIOS without a PLATE NUMBER please be very CAUTIOUS and try not to go near it especially if you are riding a motorcycle.

One of my HS batchmates was a victim of these crazy people who we doubted was planning to either motornap their vehicle or is under the influence of drugs (Shabu) they are armed and would shoot their victims without thinking twice. Thankfully my batchmates are not in a critical state and they were able to run away from those Syndicates.

PLEASE BE WARNED TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE GOING HOME.... ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU COME ACROSS A WHITE VIOS WITHOUT A PLATE NUMBER! EVERYONE DESERVES TO BE SAFE!! SO IF IT IS POSSIBLE TRY TO RIDE A TRUSTED TAXI WHEN GOING HOME OR LOOK FOR FRIENDS WHO COULD SAFELY BRING YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION. "
