President Trump declares Sunday a "National Day of Prayer" for victims of Harvey

President Donald Trump signed a proclamation declaring Sunday a "National Day of Prayer" for the state of Texas in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.

Meanwhile Trump visited victims of Harvey at relief center in Houston.
