The Philippines Republic Act 9344 (Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act) does it say that minor offenders shall be exempt from punishment, especially if they have committed heinous crimes.
Recently, the Facebook page WTF Viral shared the post of a young man named Christian Zuesav who uploaded his photos with his positioned a money, gun, illegal drugs and even insulting police authorities saying that he will not be arrested because he is a minor.
Days after the video gone viral the mood suddenly change as seen in the photos, Christian was seen crying with a handcuffed in the police station.
