Guinness World Records recognized the love team of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza. Guinness World Records posted the recognition on its official Twitter account, recording 40,706,392 most-used hashtag #AlDubEBTamangPanahon within 24 hours between Oct. 24 and 25 in 2015. It also surplus the previous record of 35.6 million tweets from the 2014 Fifa World Cup semi-final match between Germany and Brazil.
Other records that were mentioned include Caitlyn Jenner's, whose Vanity Fair cover gave her the "the fastest ever time to reach one million followers on Twitter.
The #AlDubEBTamangPanahon, was used in benefit concert in 2015 titled Tamang Panahon (The Right Time). The concert was held at the height of Alden and Maine loveteam popularity, dubbed as AlDub.
