Homeless man stand in a street corner with sign "HOMELESS, HUNGER 4 SUCCESS. TAKE A RESUME." gone viral

Just like any other successful personality in the world before they achieved their success they have different story to tell and always carrying the virtue of positivity and never stop for quitting.

David Casarez, a college graduate in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. After his college, he was able to get a job as web developer at General Motors in Austin. Casarez had always dreamed of working in Silicon Valley and he quit his high-paying job from General Motors, cashed in on his 401K, and look for his luck in Silicon Valley but unfortunately he didn't find a brighter future.

" No one was hiring. I had an interview with Apple in January, but the job was filled internally," he told reporters.

He recently ran out of money and said he had to get creative to get noticed, he stand on a street corner holding a placard saying "HOMELESS, HUNGER 4 SUCCESS. TAKE A RESUME."

His photo has gone viral, standing with a sign searching for a job beside a Mountain View intersection. Now, hundreds of job offers poured in for Casarez, including one from Google and another from Pandora.

One of those who saw Scofield's tweet was Austen Allred, CEO of Lambda School, a Pleasanton company that trains software engineers and operates a fund for homeless students in its program. Casarez's tweet catches attention of Allred, who in 2016 spent months living out of his car in Palo Alto after arriving from Utah in pursuit of a tech job.

Now, Lambda is providing Casarez with up to three months in an Airbnb and mentoring for his interview process.
