Manila - A big challenge to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on how to discipline violators and how to protect MMDA personnels as well. MMDA said it has filed a complaint against a female driver who confronted their enforcers that tried to tow her vehicle for an illegal parking.
The Facebook video uploaded Tuesday has gone viral showing a woman on board a van telling enforcers in a raised voice.
Day after the 5-minute-girl video went viral, another cam video captured by Makati City CCTV, showing a lady coming out from the vehicle and confronted the enforcers who stop them for a traffic violation. Another scene shows, two other persons joined the lady and attack the enforcer.
