Breaking News: Magnitude 6.3 Earthquake jolts Davao Oriental

A magnitude 6.3 earthquake jolted Davao Oriental on Saturday, September 8, 2018, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.

The epicenter was located in Manay, Davao Oriental and had a depth of 28 kms. The quake was tectonic in origin and involved an active fault and it was felt at Intensity V : Mati, Davao Oriental, Intensity IV: Koronadal City, Bislig City, Intensity III: Tupi, South Cotabato, Alabel, and Malapatan, Sarangani, and Intensity II: Cotabato City, Gen. Santos City
