POP PUNK PRINCESS AVRIL LAVIGNE IS BACK!

After being diagnosed with Lyme disease, Pop Punk Princess Avril Lavigne announce her first song in 5years. 


The Canadian singer who became international star in 2000’s and one of the most successful women is the industries said the she will release her new song on this coming September 19.

Avril talks to her fans on her website that the song “Head Above Water” is about her struggles and she wrote it as she lay incapacitated on her couch.

She wrote “I had accepted death and could feel my body shutting down. I felt like I was drowning. Like I was going under water and I just needed to come up for air. Like I was in a river being pulled in a current”

She also explained the past several years of her life was worst but still able to say “I was able to turn that fight into music I’m really proud of”

Avril Lavigne wanted to raise awareness about Lyme Disease, this disease it spread by tick bites and can lead to severe and an incapacity to move.

She even announced an effort through a foundation to help others to diagnose and seek help for Lyme disease and to support for research to help heal the people who have the same illness.

The 33-year old singer was best known by her songs “Girlfriend” and “Complicated”
Her last album came out last 2013.
