A Facebook user Ge-Ann Canabal - Ibañez took her complaint to social media after discovering a gauze and plastic gloves that was left inside of her stomach after a Caesarean operation last May 19, 2018.
She addressed her complaint to Teresita Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City, Negros Occidental, "I NEED JUSTICE!," she wrote on her post.
After more than four months she discovered something in her stomach and complained of the abscess wound that doesn't cured, prompting her to go to the doctor. The doctor had found out and removed bundle of gloves and a plastic gloves inside Ge-Ann stomach.
"Nadiscover kanina lang (Sept 20) na may naiwan na gauze at blue plastic object (glove-like) sa loob ng aking tiyan na kasinglaki ng kamay," she said.
After the successful operation same day September 20, Ge-Ann and her husband was invited by Silay hospital to discussed about her case and according to the doctors, the case was an HONEST MISTAKE or it was an ACCIDENT.
