Even the super typhoon Mangkhut A.K.A Ompong doesn't stop this couple from tying the knot. Jasmine Apigo and Glenn Agapito continue their wedding celebration in Turod Sur, Cordon, Isabela on Saturday morning, hours after Typhoon Ompong made landfall in Cagayan.
