The word of war started when Darren Espanto called out Juan Karlos Labajo for allegedly tagging him on Twitter with the statement 'gayness at its finest" on October 19, Friday. The tweet is coming from the official account of "Buwan," the singer who immediately denied the issue saying he's account was hacked by someone. But Darren pointed out that JK was just trying to be innocent on the issue.
"Timing 'no? Dinelete ng "hacker" mo yung tweet na 'to after kang kausapin ng management. Pag nahanap mo yung hacker mo puntahan niyo ako para malaman niyo kung sino yung totoong BAKLA."

On October 23, Dareen once again responded to JK's Tweet, "Hindi ako lalaban sa'yo pagdating sa bastusan kasi alam ko naman na bastos ka gaya ng sabi mo."
"Wag mo rin sasabihin na tinuring mo akong kapatid nung The Voice kasi plastic nun. Sa korte na lang tayo magkita kung di ka masyadong busy. Sikat mo na eh,"brother!"
