Janella Salvador has been brave enough to tell all her experience from ex-boyfriend Elmo Magalona. She confessed in an exclusive interview with Ricky Lo an alleged physical abuse she experienced from the past.
"It was not the first time that he hurt... The first time happened months earlier. He claimed that he didn't remember what he did, maybe because he had a drink, and he asked for forgiveness and I gave him a chance. I told him, 'Next time, don't bring yourself to the point that you will hurt someone.' He promised naman that he wouldn't do it again," she said in the interview, which came out on Wednesday, October 24.
After a month of silence when Janella has sustained bruises in her arm and leg, she finally broke her silence not to bring shame to Elmo but to "correct the lies". "It was not an accident," Janella said.
Recently, Elmo Magalona's mom Pia Magalona took a post that hooked the netizens' attention, "In borderline personality disorder, devaluation often alternates with idealization. They may shift from great admiration for a loved one- idealization of that person - to an intense anger or dislike towards that person - devaluation of that person."
In her revelation with Ricky Lo, she said the incident happened when She and Elmo got into an argument after attending a party hosted by her friend. Elmo reportedly had one drink too many and she admitted that she did drink too, saying she slapped Elmo because she felt "disrespected."
According to her the incident happened not once but twice.
