3 PNPA cadets to face charges over oral sex punishment to 2 freshmen cadets

Three upper classmen of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) are facing administrative and criminal cases who allegedly forced two freshmen police to perform oral sex. 

According to the report, two freshmen cadets was instructed by one of their three upperclassmen to perform the sexual act as punishment for several violations  while the two upper classmen allegedly watched while the incident happen, the ABS-CBN reported.

The Philippine National Police chief Oscar Albayalde ensured the victims that the three cadets would be dismissed once they were proven guilty.

Albayalde ordered the relief of all police officials, including senior officers, who have been assigned at the PNPA for the past two years after the scandalous punishment.

This is not the first time that the PNPA was involved in a controversy regarding the behavior of their cadets.

On March 21, PNPA underclassmen allegedly mauled six new PNPA graduates after the graduation ceremony were nine cadets are facing charges for the said incident.
