The Philippine folk dance 'Tinikling' is originated during the spanish colonial era. The dance involves two people beating, tapping and sliding bamboo poles on the ground and against each other in coordination with one or more dancers who step over and in between the poles in a dance.
Recently, a dog from the Philippines has gone viral after a video surfaced on Facebook showing the little cute dog dancing perfectly the 'Tinikling'. The video that was posted by the animal trainer June Lazarte, has already garnered over 1.3 million views as of the posting since it was first posted on Oct.6.
In the video a Chihuahua dog can be seen jumping on and in-between the two bamcoo sticks. Lazarte slaps and swing the two sticks onto the table and against each other as the dog jumps perfectly to avoid getting hit.
