The Ateneo de Manila (ADMU) High School department has investigating an incident involving a viral video showing a student bullying fellow student in the restroom.
The viral clip captured the boy saying what will happen if the bullied boy would choose to keep his dignity: "Kasi kung pinili niya ang dignidad, papaluhurin ko siya, tapos hahalikan niya ang pareho kong sapatos, tapos ipapahalik ko sa kanya 'yung bayag ko." (if he chooses to keep his dignity, I would make him kneel, kiss my shoes, and kiss my genitals.)
Another video showed the same student forcing another student to say, "Bobo ako" while kneeling, along with a threat: "Halikan mo na sapatos ko, para 'di kita bugbugin."
In a statement released on Thursday by University's President Fr. Jose Ramon Villarin, said that they are conducting an investigation and treating the matter seriously.
"The school is not silent on its stand on violence and it will not hesitate to impose the penalty of dismissal or even expulsion in cases of grave misconduct.
"ADMU does not condone such behavior" and asked everyone to pray for their students," written in a released statement.
