This poor customer service crew at the Araneta Coliseum can't help but control her temperament. She received an unacceptable behavior from one of the family who was her customer. According to the uploader of the video, it all started when the couple bought a bottled water, then the service crew instantly opened as per the Coliseum's security policy.
In some circumstances the couple got upset when they are told to take for the other line as they are ordering a popcorn and the shop were they lined in is only serving pizza.
In the video, it could be heard a loud voice coming from the family that blames the service crew for her incapability. Despite of the service crew's explanation still the family continue to blame and shout the poor service crew.

"Kanina nanuod kami ng Magic on Ice sa Araneta bago mag-umpisa dumaan kami sa pizza hut.. Sobrang naawa ako sa service crew dahil pinaliwanag nya naman sa customer na policy talaga for safety purpose yung pagtanggal ng takip sa mineral water.Aba nagwawala ang mag-asawa at binalikan pa ng anak at pinagbabato ang team member ng pagkain.
