Recently, tropical depression Usman lashes out some parts of the region in the Philippines. Death toll climbed as Usman exits Philippine area of responsibility on Sunday.
Report said atleast 23 casualties recorded in Camarines Sur. However, as Cam Sur mourns brought by Usman's cruelty in the province, one man still managed himself to get fun out of the floods caused by Tropical Depression Usman.
In the video shared by Facebook user Eugene Saysay showed a man doing his wakeboarding stunts in the middle of the town's flooded street.
