The 43rd Sinulog Festival in Kabankalan City starts today, January 11 to 20, 2019, was formally opened tonight in the city's public plaza. Mayor Isidro Zayco and Vice Mayor Raul Rivera joined hundreds of people coming from different places.

The opening program was preceded by the tradition religious programs such as Novena and Sadsad & Sto. Niño procession. and that was followed by a fireworks display.
Actress Sharlene San Pedro, TNT boys, Calli Island Band, and DJ & MC performs at the Kabankalan public plaza.
