Kodi Lee: Blind and Autistic contestant gets golden buzzer on America's Got Talent

The 22-year-old KODI LEE is the America's Got Talent Contestant with disability has move judges and audience with his rendition of Donny Hathway's A Song For You.



Kodi, who is blind and autistic was assisted by his mom Tina as he took on stage in front of judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Gabrielle Union and Julianne Hough.

Tina opened up about the struggles her son deals with on a daily basis but, "through music and performing he was able to withstand will be able to live in this world," She said.

At first you don't realise that Kodi can sing because he can hardly opened his mouth and even just responding to the question. However, everyone was mesmerize when he start the first note in the piano and begin to sing, it's incredible. Following to his amazing performance. Kodi was greeted to a standing ovation from all four judges and the audience, who wiped away tears after the performance.

Howie: First of all, I will tell you that all four judges and just everybody in this room where up on there feet. Not only the intensity of what you do, but your a great inspiration and a great talent.

Julianne: I know everybody needs a voice and expression; and I really feel your heart, your passion, your voice. I heard you, I felt you and it was beautiful. 

Simon: What just happened that was extra ordinary... and I will remember this moment for the rest of my life.

Gabrielle: I'm a new judge this season and also a new mum this year. It's the toughest and the most rewarding job I ever had. You just want to give your kids the moon and the rainbow. And tonight I wanna give you something special... then she tap the golden buzzer button.
