The newest attraction along Gonzaga-Gatuslao streets in Bacolod City has been built just for the selfie enthusiasts! The 14.9-meter 'Halandumon Tower' was inaugurated on June 18 during the celebration of Bacolod's 81st Charter Day.
"Halandumon" is a Hiligaynon word which means in English "memorable".
The 4.8 million tower was made of expensive materials with LED lights that gives a stunning effects at night.
