Bacolod BPO employees called out IQOR to end mandatory overtime and an alleged deferred breaks. Workers of IQOR have been enduring 10 hours of work every other day which has taken a toll on their health.
BIEN Bacolod assisted them in their dialogue this morning at the DOLE office in Region VI Bacolod.
