Ang Probinsyano has come under fire for its July 15 episode that some viewers say contains a violent scene. The long-running television series "Ang Probinsyano," depicts two female cops in uniform being raped by members of a criminal syndicate led by actor Baron Geisler named Bungo.
The scene takes a sexual turn involving one of the female officers was brought to an isolated room as the other criminals chant to the tune of a wedding song. Two gang members meanwhile both hold the hands of the other policewoman, while the other members sexually abuses her.
Concerned viewers took to social media to share their disgust and are calling on the concerned agencies for the investigation.
The Philippine National Police (PNP) has responded to a tweet from a netizen saying, "We are already looking into this if there is a violation specially the picture depicted in the scene is a police officer wearing PNP uniform and sadly, a "lady" officer," the tweet read.

“Sobra na po ang pinapakita ninyo sa inyong palabas. Sana po mas maging sensitibo kayo sa inyong mga manonood! Hindi po nakakabuting ipakita ang panggagahasa at pambabastos sa mga babae,” wrote one netizen on the comment section of the post.
