Team Kramer shared a photo of their coolest modern minimalist house design in social media, which left their followers a big surprised.
The stunning four-story home is located in an overlooking landscapes, greener ambient, and with infinity pool for a whole lot of fun. Team Kramer's are Kendra, Scarlett, Gavin, and well, the head of the family Doug and Cheska.
Here's the dining area with a mini-bar and stylish ceiling lighting fixtures that feels you home.
Inside the house is situated a study room for the kids, " Tried to take over homeschool duties at the classroom. How it looks when dad teaches, and when mom and teacher teaches! " Doug wrote in a post.
The most favorite part of the family is their mini-theater which Doug conceptualized two years a go and now satisfied to the outcome.
"I conceptualized this look over 2 years ago and I couldn't wait to execute it at our new place. That's why I get so excited for every visit to the house. I was so detailed with the whole house, but extra detailed when it came to the theater, I did manual measurements for power outlets, distance between the wood ceiling claddings and even the spacing for the rows of seats. You won't see any equipment in the theater, it's all in a control room. Everything is controlled via automation. Free from visible wires, equipment. Just the visibility of the speakers, screen and the wood," Doug added.
The entertainment area is fitted with 180 inch screen powered by Sony Laser 4k native projector, with 11 surround speaker, two sub-woofer and 4 ceiling Atmos speakers.
If Dad's favorite place is their entertainment area, Cheska however is more fond of nature taking so much time on the lanai and pool area, which has an overlooking view of the city.
"Enjoying the weather, the view and the sound of chirping birds at my favorite spot outside the house," she wrote.
The family had started a lot of priceless moments since they started moving into their house. Kendra celebrates her 10th birthday party at their dream family home.
"The whole reason we "rushed" to move in was because of this! Kendra requested to have her 10th bday party celebration at the new house. Our first time to ever hold a bday party at home. She wanted to invite her former classmates and family for an intimate get together for a swimming party and some activities," Doug explained.
